What will I be doing?As a Front Desk Clerk, you would be responsible for assisting Guest Service Agents in checking in and checking out guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Assist Guest Service Agents and Front Office leadership with the checking in and checking out of guests.
Respond to guest inquiries and in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Provide driving and/or walking directions to guests to local destinations
Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel, including, but not limited to, directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, hotel events and local and community events and attractions
Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
Provide or obtain accurate information

The original Embassy Suites was built in Overland Park, Kansas in 1984. In 1990, the parent company of Embassy Suites became The Promus Companies Incorporated. In December 1999, Embassy Suites Hotels joined the Hilton Family after the merger of Hilton Hotels Corp. and Promus Hotel Corp.
For a room to be in the suite category, it must consist of two or more interconnected rooms. In addition, as in standard rooms, the toilet and bathroom are also located in the suite. In other words, a suite room is like an apartment where you can meet all your needs.
Hilton's luxury brands, Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, LXR Hotels & Resorts and Conrad Hotels & Resorts, make up more than 78 properties in nearly 30 countries around the world and growing – with approximately 45 properties in the pipeline.
