Venom Daoist Quest In Black Myth: Wukong
The Destined One will encounter Venom Daoist in two locations in Black Myth: Wukong while exploring the Webbed Hollow, and then the boss moves to the Temple of Yellow Flowers, where you must kill him to enter the secret area.
Venom Daoist Location #1
The first Venom Daoist location is in the Webbed Hollow. Go up the stairs and then head right to jump down to the lower platform. Ignore the enemy and turn left to walk between spider cocoons. Proceed forward past the archer enemy into an area full of webs. Once you're out, climb the stairs and go up the slope to see the Pool of Shattered Jade Keeper’s Shrine across the pond.
The nearby room has a cocoon bigger than usual that contains the Venom Daoist. Keep hitting the cocoon until the HP bar is critically low to force the boss out and fight it. Once the fight is over, he runs away and promises to fight the Destined One again after more training.
Venom Daoist Location #2
To find the second Venom Daoist location in Black Myth: Wukong, head to the Court of Illumination Keeper’s Shrine in the Temple of Yellow Flowers, and turn around to go down the stairs. Proceed ahead past the snake-like enemies until you have to go up narrow white stairs. Upon arriving at a crossroads, go left down the slope into a big area that clearly looks like a boss arena.
Stepping inside triggers another Venom Daoist boss fight, which is a two-phase battle.
Where To Find Duskveil In Black Myth: Wukong
Duskveil can be considered the final boss of the Purple Cloud Mountain secret area. To reach it, you must pass through three Keeper’s Shrines.
Upon arriving at the secret area, run forward a few steps to see a pink snake. Cross the bridge and keep walking until the Valley of Blooms Keeper’s Shrine appears.
From the Shrine, cross the bridge and proceed ahead to stumble upon a tree-shaped enemy. Behind it are two more enemies, so be careful. In the next area, the Destined One must fight the two guards to activate the Keeper’s Shrine.
Climb the stairs near the Petalfall Hamlet Shrine while ignoring the enemy. Go through the archway ahead and then turn left. Once players reach a house, head right and jump down. Walk a few steps to find the Cloudnest Peak Keeper’s Shrine. To fight the Duskveil boss, go up the stairs next to it.
Make sure to finish any quest in the secret area before defeating Duskveil, as some will become unavailable, like the Daoist Mi one.
